Jaluk.com allows cancellation of non furniture and non lighting items till the item is shipped from the warehouse. No cancellation is allowed on furniture and lighting items. However, in some cases Jaluk.com can allow cancellation of the furniture and lighting items on condition of customer bearing the two way shipping charges.
In case of the part payment order’s cancellation, the advance amount will not be refunded and will be forfeited. For returning the products you should email to email@example.com or call at +91 22 2624 5412 (10 AM – 6 PM). Please do not return products without first speaking to a representative at Jaluk.com.
How can I Return a Product?
We have a customer friendly return policy – we will refund you the full amount. However, return shipping cost is incurred by the buyer. We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery.
To return a product you need to follow these steps:
a) Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number mentioning the product you want to return and your bank details where you want us to refund the amount. Please ensure that bank details submitted to us are free of any errors.
b) Once an email is sent, you will receive a mailing address to which you can ship the product back and the date before which product needs to be dispatched.
c) Please put the product in its original packaging and seal it well. Make sure you bubble wrap it so that product doesn’t get damaged.
d) Ship the product to the mailing address mentioned and send an email to email@example.com with the tracking number. Without tracking number, product can’t be tracked and can be lost in transit.
e) Once the product has reached and it is inspected to be free from any defect, your money will be credited to your bank account mentioned in step a).
If you have made an online payment, refunds will take following number of days:
1. Netbanking: 3 working days
2. Debit Card: 7 working days
3. Credit Card: 9 working days
Refunds Via Bank Transfer
1. 5 working days
Refunds are processed on 5th, 10th, 15th, 20th, 25th and 30th of every month. Once refund is completed from our end – you will receive an email notification regarding the same. Please note that we will only be able to make online bank transfer. We cannot return Cash.
Can I cancel an Order?
The customer can only cancel the order within 24 hours of placing the order. No cancellations will be processed after 24 hours. Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 4 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund as per refund policy. You will be notified for the same.
How do I get defective Item replaced ?
We are sorry that the item received was defective in nature. Don’t worry! We will send you a replacement ASAP without any extra cost.
You need to notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org of any damage (defect) within 48 hours of receipt of the product with the photograph of damaged goods. We will ask you to courier the damaged item and back and we will reship the brand new replacement ASAP. We will cover the return courier charges for the same.
